1. Overview
ZBW□ type prefabricated substation is a complete set of distribution equipment that combines high-voltage switchgear,distribution transformers,low-voltage switchgear,electric energy metering devices,power factor compensation devices,etc.,in one or several boxes according to certain wiring schemes.It is widely applicable to urban high-rise buildings,residential communities,industrial and mining enterprises,street lighting,hotels,oilfields,airports,stations,docks,shopping malls,infrastructure construction sites and other places.As a complete set of distribution equipment in the 10/0.4kV,rated frequency 50Hz network,the product has the characteristics of strong completeness,short installation cycle,deep into the load center,safe and reliable operation,small floor area,low investment,beautiful appearance,and harmonious color with the surrounding environment.
2. Product Usage Environment
● Able to withstand 20 tons of pressure on the ground;
● Altitude ≤ 1000m;
● Ambient temperature -25~40℃;
● Relative humidity ≤ 90% (monthly average at +25℃); wind speed ≤ 34m/s;
● Ice thickness ≤ 20mm;
● Pollution level II, III;
● Protection level IP23D;
● Installation location: places without fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or intense vibration; ground slope not exceeding 5°.

3. Main Technical Parameters of the Product

● Transformer rated capacity: 50, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600 kVA.
● Rated frequency: 50Hz.
4. Structural Features
● The base frame of the prefabricated substation is welded from channel steel, providing high strength and rigidity. The enclosure uses new composite materials with strong radiation resistance, reducing solar heat radiation in summer.
● The top cover has a double-layer space; the upper space is filled with rock wool board for insulation, and the lower space has slots around the eaves for convective heat dissipation.
● The transformer room door has louvers on two opposite sides to facilitate air convection. To prevent dust and dirt, the high-voltage bushings of the transformer are sealed. Practice shows that for capacities below 315kVA, forced ventilation is not required for full load operation of the box transformer.
● In extremely cold and humid areas, heating and dehumidifying devices are added, enabling all-weather operation.
● The transformer is equipped with rollers for easy removal and maintenance.
● The enclosure protection level is IP23D.
● High and low voltage switch cabinets are assembled using special profiles without welding, preventing deformation.
● The enclosure is equipped with lighting controlled automatically by door opening and closing, facilitating maintenance.
