1. Overview
The landscape-type substation produced by our company is developed based on the original prefabricated substation. It uses environmentally friendly tiles to beautify the exterior of the box-type substation, making its appearance more attractive. Compared to the external environment, the box-type substation is used in green grass areas, scenic spots, etc., blending better with the surrounding environment.
The landscape and environmentally friendly box-type substation has a high voltage rated voltage of 10kV and a low voltage side rated voltage of 0.4kV; the 10kV incoming and outgoing lines can be connected via cables, allowing users to conveniently access directly from the low voltage side. It is reasonably designed, compact in structure, and easy to maintain.

● Relative humidity: ≤90% (monthly average at +25℃)

● Installation location: Places without fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or intense vibration; ground slope not exceeding 5° (if the above conditions are not met, users can negotiate with the manufacturer for solutions).
3. Main Technical Parameters of the Product
Transformer rated capacity: 50, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630 kVA
Rated voltage, insulation level, etc., are the same as the ZBW12 prefabricated substation.
4. Structural Features
● The shell is made of fiberglass reinforced concrete box; the enclosure panels, partitions, doors, and top cover above the base are made of cold-rolled steel plates, connected by welding or fasteners. The concrete box is processed with advanced technology, providing sufficient mechanical strength. The inner and outer surfaces of all box components are coated to form a durable protective layer. The box has good insulation properties, especially suitable for long-term outdoor use.
● It adopts both natural ventilation and forced ventilation methods. The transformer and low voltage chamber have ventilation ducts, exhaust fans, and temperature measurement devices. The control instrument can set various parameters to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
● The low voltage chamber can use a combined switch cabinet according to user requirements to achieve multiple functions such as power reception, electric power, reactive power compensation, and energy metering.
● Street lighting can use intelligent time control devices to achieve automatic adjustment and control throughout the year according to user requirements (optional). Depending on actual user needs, accident alarms or remote centralized control systems can be selected, composed of dedicated equipment and software.
