Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the product operations of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch;
2. Establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational goals and current product status, promote optimization of operation plans according to business development needs, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on current operations, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
