1. Overview
The XL type low-voltage power distribution cabinet uses domestically designed new components. The enclosure is made of bent steel plates, featuring a compact structure, easy maintenance, and flexible circuit scheme combinations. Besides air circuit breakers and fuses for circuit protection, the distribution cabinet can also be equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door can be fitted with operation buttons and indicator lights. When a knife switch is required, its operating handle is installed on the upper part of the right front pillar of the cabinet, serving as a power source switch. The front of the distribution box has a door that, when opened, exposes all internal equipment for easy maintenance. The XL type power distribution cabinet is used in industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, schools, and government institutions. It is suitable for single-phase and three-phase systems with a frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz, load currents below 630A, and voltage below 500V in IT, TN-C, and TT systems (formerly known as three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire power systems) for power and lighting distribution.

5. Product Structure and Dimensions
The XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an indoor wall-mounted, single-sided front-opening distribution device. Its basic structure is made of bent steel plates and welded angle steel. A knife switch operating handle can be installed on the front right side for power disconnection and connection operations. The door can be equipped with operation buttons, indicator lights, and display instruments. When the door is opened, all internal equipment is exposed for easy maintenance. This distribution box is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection, as well as contactors and thermal relays. Both the door and the enclosure are welded with grounding screws to ensure reliable grounding connection.
