Product Description
1. Overview
The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution panel is a technical development project issued by the former Ministry of Energy in 1992,with the premise of promoting the technological progress of China's low-voltage distribution industry and accelerating the upgrading of low-voltage distribution complete switchgear.It was designed and developed by the Joint Design and Development Team for Low-Voltage Complete Switchgear of the Ministry of Energy,and passed the ministerial appraisal hosted by the Ministry of Energy in October 1992.At present,it can be widely used in power plants,substations,factories,mines and enterprises,etc.,in the power distribution system with AC 50Hz,rated working voltage of 400V,and rated current up to 3150A for power conversion,distribution and control.
2. Product Features
● The electrical schemes are flexible with a wide range of options.
● The product boasts advantages such as large capacity,strong breaking capacity,excellent dynamic and thermal stability,and broad adaptability to electrical schemes.
● The product is designed into three serial numbers according to current ratings.The GGD1-type cabinet has a rated current of 1000A,the GGD2-type cabinet has a rated current of 1600A,and the GGD3-type cabinet has a rated current ofup to 3150A.
● The product's protection level is IP30.
● It complies with the national standard GB7251.1-2023 Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies.
3. Operating Environment
● The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40℃and shall not be lower than-5°℃.The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35℃.
● It is for indoor installation and use,and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
● The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50%at the maximum temperature of+40℃.At lower temperatures,a higher relative humidity is allowed(e.g.,90%at+20℃).The influence of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes shall be considered.
● When installing the equipment,the inclination from the vertical shall not exceed 5°.
● The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact,and in an environment where electrical components will not be corroded.
● When users have special requirements,they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.

6. Product Structure Description
The cabinet body breaks through the structural form of the old products.The basic cabinet frame adopts a combined prefabricated structure,and all structural components are fastened with screws.The incoming line methods include the commonly used upper and lower side incoming lines.Meanwhile,the incoming line methods from the left,middle and right positions of the cabinet top are also designed to meet the needs of various engineering designs for different incoming line methods.
