Install the transformer channel steel foundation on the embedded parts, paying attention to leveling and alignment.
1. Conditions Required for Construction
(1) Review the drawings and prepare detailed operation instructions based on the manufacturer's data, then complete the approval process.
(2) The quality of the construction related to the installation of box-type transformers must comply with the current national construction and acceptance standards.
(3) The positions of embedded parts and cable conduits must meet design requirements, and the embedded parts must be firmly fixed.
2. Construction Preparation
2.1 Transformer Foundation Inspection
(1) Together with the owner and supervisor, inspect the construction quality of the transformer foundation, fill out the inspection record, have all parties sign for confirmation, report any issues promptly, and handle them in a timely manner.
(2) Carefully verify the horizontal and vertical axis dimensions of the transformer foundation and the positions of embedded conduits, cross-check with the dimensions on the drawings, and only proceed to the next step if there are no errors.
2.2 Transformer Unpacking Inspection
(1) Upon arrival of the transformer, unpack and inspect it together with the owner, supervisor, and relevant personnel from the manufacturer.
(2) Measure and record the impact value of the shock recorder before unloading; this value should be less than 3G.
(3) Check that the transformer exterior is undamaged, the paint surface is intact, and record the findings.
(4) Inspect the internal components of the transformer for displacement, contamination, or other issues.
3. Transformer Installation and Positioning
(1) Install the transformer channel steel foundation on the embedded parts, ensuring leveling and alignment; weld the channel steel foundation firmly to the embedded parts, and after removing welding slag, apply anti-corrosion paint to the welded areas.
(2) After the fan is hoisted, hoist the transformer directly onto the foundation and use jacks to level and align it.
(3) Connect the transformer to the foundation using the fixing method specified by the manufacturer (bolting or welding).
(4) If delivered in parts, install the outer casing after the transformer is positioned and aligned.
(5) Hang the identification plate and clean the inside of the transformer enclosure.
(6) Protect the finished product properly before proceeding to the next process.
